Company Details
- Do not choose company names that include reserved words. Words such as ANZAC, QUEEN and BANK require special consent from the relevant parties.
- Do not use offensive words as these will be rejected
- Words not found in the Macquarie dictionary will not be rejected, however they will flag your order for manual approval. An application can only be approved during business hours, so this may delay your application.

Registered Office Address
The Registered office cannot be a PO box (the registered office address needs to be a physical address). The registered office can be your residential address (ie. one of the director's home).
You can use your home address if you are yet to get an office.
If you need to change the address in the future you can do this in the ASIC online portal for free.

If the company does not occupy the premises, the occupier of the premises must have consent to the company's use of those premises' as its registered office.
Enter the name of the person that owns or is on the lease for the property that you occupy. If you are using your home address then put down ‘no’ to this question and then enter the name of the person who is on the lease (i.e. one of the directors).

This is the address where you will conduct the majority of your business from. i.e. a warehouse, office or your home. It must be a physical address and cannot be a post office box address. Most commonly this is the same as the registered office address, in this case answer 'yes'.
